Banca Intesa in progress at the Milan Stock
In progress at the Milan title Banca Intesa, which still remains below 4 euros. The ordinary shareholders’ meeting approved the accounts of the Institute of ‘99 (not including the group’s Committee), a year that has seen substantial stability in net interest income and a sharp drop in net receipts, mainly due to charge sign financial operations. The net (1,650 miliardi circa) was determined mainly by extraordinary operations and facilities provided by the Ciampi Law on banking mergers, which has halved the burden of tax on the budget of the group. This has enabled the institute to distribute a dividend of 160 and 180 pounds respectively for the ordinary shares and savings, in both cases, double the previous year. Currently, the title Banca Intesa rose 1 .26% to € 3.93 euros.
